DOMAIN-DRIVEN CALCULATION ENGINE: Architected the core calculation engine in Python and TypeScript that ingests Manual J heating and cooling load models to simulate duct pressure drops, airflow velocities, and acoustic constraints across over 25,000 production homes.

AUTOMATED DAMPER CONTROLS & BALANCING: Developed dynamic balancing control algorithms that translate duct pressure physics into live room-by-room damper adjustments, turning manual balancing into automated, verifiable system commissioning.

FIELD DATA PIPELINES & ANALYTICS: Built data processing pipelines (rheia-data) to analyze field installation records, pressure telemetries, and system performance metrics at scale for national homebuilders.
